Field Marshal Asim Munir attended a grand passing out parade at PMA Kakul, marking a significant moment for Pakistan’s military heritage. The ceremony, held in Abbottabad, celebrated the successful completion of the 152nd PMA Long Course, along with the 37th Technical Graduate Course, the 71st Integrated Course, and the 26th Lady Cadet Course.
As the Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir received a warm welcome, with the audience standing in respect and the military band playing the national anthems. He took the time to inspect the parade and handed out awards to cadets who excelled during their training.
The prestigious Quaid-e-Azam Award was given to Babar Company, recognized for its outstanding performance and discipline. The cadets executed a stunning march past, embodying the values of leadership, unity, and commitment.
Notably, 40 foreign cadets from friendly nations, including Iraq, Yemen, Palestine, and the Maldives, also took part, highlighting Pakistan’s expanding defense cooperation and international military relationships.
A large gathering of civil and military dignitaries, foreign diplomats, and the families of the cadets attended the event, making it a memorable occasion for everyone involved. The parade underscored the Pakistan Army’s commitment to developing world-class officers who are ready to serve the nation and uphold its values.
