Muzaffarabad – The Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir has announced a series of key transfers in the AJK Police Department, reshuffling senior police officers across multiple districts.
According to the official appointment notification issued today, Chaudhry Muhammad Amin has been transferred from Bhimber and posted as Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Bagh. Khurram Iqbal will now serve as SSP Mirpur, while Raja Amir Nawabi has been appointed as Superintendent of Police (SP) Haveli.
In further postings, Khawar Ali Shaukat takes charge as SP Poonch, and Syed Abbas Ali Shah has been designated as the new SP Jhelum Valley.
These administrative changes come as part of routine departmental transfers aimed at enhancing the efficiency and operational effectiveness of law enforcement across AJK.
