Mirpur(NNI. May 12, 2025) Pasban Watan Pakistan Central President Muhammad Tahir Khokhar, while talking to the media, said that the loss of life and property to the Kashmiri people as a result of Indian aggression is enough to shake the conscience of the world. India targeted unarmed Kashmiri citizens with shelling, which killed many innocent people and destroyed many families.
The Modi government has put the peace of the entire region at stake. The Kashmiri people have made unprecedented sacrifices for the country and we can never forget our martyrs. The massacre of innocent Kashmiris by India due to unprovoked firing and shelling on the Line of Control is a serious crime against humanity, for which the entire responsibility lies with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government. Modi’s true face has come before the world, who is not only an enemy of the Kashmiri people but also of the peace of the region.
Tahir Khokhar said that we are proud of our martyrs. It is the responsibility of the government of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir to provide immediate financial assistance to the affected families, rebuild their houses, and arrange education and treatment for their children. He said that the Kashmiri people have made countless sacrifices since the establishment of Pakistan and even today their loyalty and sacrifices cannot be forgotten.
Our martyrs faced the guns of India empty-handed but did not bow down. Their sacrifices will definitely bear fruit one day. He demanded immediate steps from the government for the affected families. He said that immediate financial compensation should be given to the families of the martyrs and immediate reconstruction of those whose houses have been destroyed. Tahir Khokhar said that we can never forget our martyrs.
The debt of their blood is on our necks. This is not just a time for words, but for practical actions. This is the time when the United Nations, OIC and international human rights organizations will have to wake up and take strict measures against India. The central president said that we have to put a bandage on the wounds of the Kashmiri people, and the international community should also take notice of Indian atrocities. The people of Kashmir have made sacrifices despite their desire for peace. Their blood will not be allowed to go in vain.
