Ch. Muhammad Saeed the Vice President of PML(N) in Azad Jammu & Kashmir and a former minister, recently held a press conference at the Kashmir Press Club in Mirpur. He made it clear that addressing the concerns of Mirpur’s residents is PML(N)’s top priority. From pothole-ridden roads to stalled development projects, and issues with water, gas, and sewage — it’s time to put an end to the people’s suffering.
Ch. Muhammad Saeed passionately stated that PML(N) is ready to usher in a new era of development in Mirpur after securing a strong majority in the upcoming general elections. He took aim at the division of educational boards, labeling it impractical and a waste of resources, especially considering Azad Kashmir’s population of just 2.7 million.

Ch Muhammad Saeed pointed out that New City is now a hotspot for unresolved issues, with unacceptable delays in gas supply, road repairs, and upgrades to the sewage system. He described the unfinished Greater Water Supply and Sewerage projects as a disservice to the community.
He also brought attention to the staggering 11-year delay in building the medical college, expressing his disappointment with the current representatives’ performance. He emphasized the importance of empowering the local government system, noting that the General Bus Stand could potentially generate millions for the corporation if managed effectively.
In closing, Ch. Muhammad Saeed asserted that PML(N) will form the next government based on genuine public service and real results. He commended Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir for their efforts in strengthening Pakistan’s economy and delivering a historic response to India through the armed forces.
The press conference saw the presence of senior party members, including Khawaja Sajid Mehmood Pehlwan, Muhammad Farooq Chauhan, Mirza Aziz ur Rehman Jarral, Mirza Basharat, Malik Ishtiaq Awan, Ch. Nasir, Ch. Razzaq, Abid Arain, Ansar Bashir Tas, Hamid Rauf, Imran Munir, Ch. Arshad, Contractor Saleem, and Amjad Siddiq.
