To finish their submission, applicants whose VLN does not begin with these prefixes must still go to an Australian Biometrics Collection Center. But for those who are eligible, the app provides a practical substitute that complies with contemporary digital norms.
Applicants must have a smartphone with NFC (Near Field Communication) enabled, a reliable internet connection, and permission to use the camera and location services on their device in order to use the Immi App. Secure biometric data collection and verification depend on these permissions.
