Speeches & Tributes
Addressing the gatherings, Dr. Fida Hussain Raja praised the retirees for their outstanding service, noting their dedication and commitment to the department. He reassured them that the Public Health Department’s platform will always be available to them and underlined that retirement is a normal part of service.
