The Government of Pakistan has announced a fuel price increase in Pakistan November 2025, with petrol and high-speed diesel rates raised for the upcoming fortnight starting from 1st of November . This decision follows recommendations from the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and other relevant ministries.
In the latest update from the Finance Division, the price of petrol (MS) will rise by Rs 2.43 per litre, bringing the new price to Rs 265.45, up from Rs 263.02. Likewise, high-speed diesel (HSD) will see an increase of Rs 3.02 per litre, setting the new rate at Rs 278.44, compared to the previous Rs 275.42.
This adjustment in fuel prices for November 2025 is part of OGRA’s regular review of petroleum prices conducted every fortnight. The new rates will be in effect for the first half of November.
Officials have indicated that this fuel price increase in Pakistan November 2025 is intended to align domestic fuel costs with global oil market trends and to maintain stability in the petroleum supply chain.
